How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 14 days of full Studio features. You do not need a card to start, and nothing is charged until you pick a plan. If you do not choose one, your workspace switches to read only so you never lose your data.

Do my clients need to pay for a seat?

No. Clients are always free and unlimited. They log into your branded portal to view progress, leave feedback, approve work and pay invoices. Seats are only for people on your team.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you support for invoices?

Clients can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit and ACH bank transfer through Stripe. Payouts land in your own Stripe account, and Talora never takes a cut of your invoices.

Can you help us move from our current tools?

On Studio and Agency plans our team will import clients, projects and open invoices from spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, HoneyBook or Harvest for free. Most studios are fully set up within a week.

How does Talora handle our data?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up hourly and hosted in the EU or US. Agency workspaces can choose their region. You can export everything as CSV or JSON whenever you like.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes. Registered nonprofits, students and teaching studios get 40% off any plan. Send us a note from the contact page with a little about your organisation and we will set it up.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period, then the workspace becomes read only for 90 days so you can export anything you need. After that, your data is permanently deleted.
